On the heels of "Hustle"

Am I the only one that is tired of these terrible ESPN movies? I'm seeing commercials for "3", and it kinda upsets me. Dale Earnhardt was the sole reason I even watched or cared about NASCAR (I don't really pay attention to it now, cause there's no name to put with a face anymore, except with Earnhardt Jr. and Gordon, who, while entertaining, aren't interesting enough to keep me watching. Earnhardt was a true competitor. He WAS competition. He WAS the sport of Auto Racing, whether you loved or hated him, and now ESPN is gonna make some garbage movie about him. Terrible. Pete Rose has a tarnished legacy, and so does Bobby Knight, but now to make a crappy ESPN movie about a legend (whether you care about NASCAR as a sport or not, it's hard to deny the man's legendary status) seems almost wrong.

Now I know I haven't seen this movie yet, and that it hasn't come out, so how do I know it won't be some great movie worthy of being a tribute to Earnhardt? Well, I watched "Season on the Brink", and I watched "Hustle", and while the former was better than the latter, the former was still bad, and the latter was MISERABLE. MISERABLE. Nothing was good about that movie, except when I changed the channel about halfway through. So this "3" movie obviously is not something that I'm excited about. I'll probably watch it while sittin around bored one day on a break. If it turns out that it's a great movie, then I'll admit I was wrong...sadly enough, I don't think that's something I'll have to do. Maybe it can keep me interested enough for me to watch the whole movie though...if it even does that, i may have to give it some props...

Aight, that's it, holla

So I guess I've done this before...

After a two year break, I've made my illustrious return to my blog. My last 4 posts were definitely during the good ol' pre-graduation days, so let's not hold those against me...

Well, those aside, I guess the return of the blog means discussion of all things important at this point...such as the Real World/Road Rules Challenge. Now I know during my freshman and even sophomore years I told people that I wanted to be on the Real World, and it's true, I do, I bet i could get on that sow pretty easily in fact. However, one this I'd NEVER do is be one of those people who afterwards continues to do nothing but just go on those stupid ass challenges over and over and over. It's kinda sad, that those people who have already spent their 15 minutes of fame on one show keep trying to extend it over...and over...and over... I'd love to be on the actual Real World show, but good God I'd never become a career "Real World Challenger" just go and then move on, don't be Coral or Rachel or Mike...

Maria Sharapova is gorgeous. Marriage is not out of the question...she just doesn't know it yet :).

I have too much work this week, but bowl eligibility waits at the end of the rainbow, so we'll see...I'll holla
